day i cut my eye.  running a amok in the river.

day 4.  first signs of opening eye thanks to my super nurse jamie!  note the double cone of shame...

day 8.  no more squinting and down to one cone!

day 9.  thats a hyphema.  looks bad, but common after grid therapy.

last month, yet again another dog off leash runs up to porch and bites poor, sweet layla. 

and no, she as usual did not attack back.
but as usual with lots of kisses and vitamin e oil (and several shots), layla is back to her beautiful self.
