hoping for no rain
girls got their swimsuits and are ready to strut around.
Piedmont Park Conservancy invites Atlanta’s four legged citizens to an end of season pool party – our 1st Annual Splish Splash Doggie Bash. Let your pooches cool off in the newly renovated pool at Piedmont Park on September 26, 2009 from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
We will have live music, dog-related vendors, goody bags, raffle prizes and more! Proceeds from this event will benefit the off-leash area and general maintenance of the Park as it relates to visitors with pets.

grazing and yellow jackets!
layla is as smart as my neice-research proves it!
"they can also understand more than 150 words and intentionally deceive other dogs and people to get treats, according to psychologist and leading canine researcher stanley coren, PhD, of the university of british columbia. he spoke saturday on the topic "how dogs think" at the american psychological association's 117th annual convention."
according to several behavioral measures, coren says dogs' mental abilities are close to a human child age 2 to 2.5 years.
